Through health camps, awareness drives, access to government schemes, and targeted welfare distribution, the programme seeks to improve essential services and ensure that benefits reach tribal communities effectively while promoting their participation and overall well-being.

    KOSAMB Pallishree Mela

    KOSAMB Pallishree Mela is a major annual cultural, rural, and commercial festival organized by ORMAS and the Balasore District Administration at the Police Line Ground, Balasore. The seven-day fair brings together artisans, entrepreneurs, self-help groups, and rural producers from Odisha and other parts of India, creating a vibrant platform to showcase traditional crafts, local products, handloom, handicrafts, food, and rural innovations. With more than 350 stalls representing multiple states, the mela promotes rural livelihoods, indigenous craftsmanship, women-led enterprises, and eco-friendly products and initiatives. Visitors can enjoy shopping, regional cuisine, cultural performances, entertainment programs, and special celebrity cultural nights, making the KOSAMB Pallishree Mela an important celebration of India’s diverse rural heritage and entrepreneurship.
